Fix for Windows 4.0.8 'square box' on cursor issue

This is just a note that from time to time when copying messages, either single or multiple from the INBOX to another folder, 
Mulberry will appear to lock up and the cursor displays the outline of a square box on top of the cursor. This represents the 
fact you are transferring mail from a place to another place.

When this happens you cannot open new mail, click on a folder hierarchy, or use the menu or buttons at the top of the screen.

For years I could only get rid of this by closing Mulberry and restarting it, but a few months ago I realised you could minimise 
the main window and then restore the Mulberry window from the start bar and it cured this issue.
