Not able to send mail - Windows 7 64bit

Hi I have lots of machines running Mulberry and they all work, except for my Windows 7 64bit machine - it's able to receive mail just fine, but it can't send it. All machines are set up the same for SMTP - the only difference is the 64 bit (I have another Windows 7 32bit machine running with no problems) Any clues as to where to look would be appreciated.
