Hi James,

What we normally do with legacy FAQs is mark them as 'archived' such that they are no longer accessible via our FAQ navigator at http://www.sussex.ac.uk/its/help/faq) but they should still be accessible using their direct URLs, for example http://www.sussex.ac.uk/its/help/faq?faqid=1192

You could therefore bookmark each FAQ if you so wished, but once they have been archived I cannot rule out the possibility of their being removed altogether as part of our annual FAQ review.

Had they been all just plain HTML text items you could possibly just copy the source, but many of them are illustrated and therefore have tags to image files, which wouldn't copy across.

Andy
