Incidentally, I teach Interaction Design/Computer Human Interaction, and I use Mulberry as a good example of Conceptual Design being more important than Physical Design. Mulberry isn't a "pretty" interface, but it does what I need. No amount of "pretty" makes up for missing or wrong functionality*. Thanks Cyrus! Steve *BTW, this principle works in matters of romance too... :) --On April 20, 2015 10:44:47 AM -0400 Tanstaafl <[email protected]> wrote: > On 4/20/2015 10:19 AM, Steven Frysinger <[email protected]> wrote: >> But the last time I checked TB doesn't do two things that are important >> to me: 1) support nested groups in the address book > > Assuming you mean what TB calls 'Lists', I never tried to create a > nested one, but I just tried, and it allowed me to... > > These are real lists, so I don't want to spam these people by testing, > but it looks like it will work... > > I'll test with some test addresses I have for things like this a little > later when I have more time(Mondays are busy around here)... > >> 2) allow copy/paste creation of an address group without creating >> individual contacts. > > No, I know it does require that members of lists be actual entries in > one of your Address Books... > > I'll freely admit Address Books is one area that needs some love - and > as I said, it is getting some (finally), though the full rewrite (where > it changes from a Mork DB backend to SQLite) will probably take a while... > >> Has TB begun supporting these features?
