That said... why not just create an email Template already addressed, and use that whenever you need to send to the class? Then just delete the Template when the class is over. That should do exactly what you're describing, unless I'm still missing something. I love TB's Template feature and use it all the time. If you aren't aware of it, these templates work just like Word (or other) templates... you create a generic email - in this case pre-addressed (they can even all be in the BCC field), save it as a Template which puts it in the Templates folder. Then to use it, just dbl-click it, write the email and send. The Template stays in the Templates folder ready to be re-used as often as you like, unless/until you delete it.
