"Can't do setuid"

Hi everybody,

I installed apache 2.0.47 + NeoMail 1.27 and everytime a go to
http://mydomain.com/cgi-bin/neomail.pl I get the error messages

[error] [client xxx] Premature end of script headers: neomail.pl
[error] [client xxx] Can't do setuid

in the Apache error_log file.

WHY???

I compiled apache with the suExec option but I always get the error
message... Just need help, please..
