RE: Displaying non-ASCII character set

I should have given a little more info:
 
It's only that email that comes from that blackberry.

I looked at my raw Mailbox file and the entire message was like that
from the blackberry. Pine can decipher it (it complains but it does it)
and so can neomail when you're reading the message.

I think what happens is, when you forward or reply, it sticks the raw
message into the email without worrying about decoding.

One of our users just started using a Blackberry and apparently, it does
not use US-ACSII.
It will display fine while reading the message in Neomail 1.25.  When
you reply, the message gets garbled.

Again, it is completely readable from the inbox.  Only when replying or
forwarding does it turn out like this.
According to Pine, it is using the "iso-8859-1" character set.
Has anyone seen this before?
