Re: send email is sending multiple emails.

I've seen this a couple of times, and *each* time it has been a simple 
case of impatience -- the user clicks ``send,'' doesn't get an immediate 
response, and so continues to click ``send.''

One solution is to include a hidden field, form_id, that is incremented 
during the session. If it doesn't match what's in the session file, the 
result is discarded. No, I've not bothered to do this for neomail, but 
have done so for other projects on which I've worked.

Another option would be a popup that is created when send is clicked, 
then goes away when the screen is refreshed. Unfortunately, I've not 
enough experience with javascript o know if this is possible or how to 
do it.
