neomail extract error

Hi,
   I trying to install Neomail but am having problems
extracting the download.  I have tried Winrar ad
Winace but both report errors when extracting the
templates everything else extracts fine?  Both 1.26
and 1.27 do this, I've downloaded again to see if it
was my download and also tried on 2 other computers
but still I cannot extract??
