Problems with FreeBSD and neomail.

Hello everyone,

I'm just wondering if anyone has experienced this problem.  I've recently 
installed neomail, and the authentication doesn't work.  In my apache 
logs, it says: Can't access() script, referer: 
http://www.mydomain.com/cgi-bin/neomail.pl

From the information I've been able to find online about this, (Very 
little), it seems like it might have to do with the version of perl I'm 
using?  Any help is greatly appreciated.
