SV: software error help

Hi, I had this problem!

Reinstall an d when you get the question about what group, the script
prints

MAIL SPOOL GROUP ID

What is the group id that your mail spools allow writing by? On most
servers,
this is the group called "mail," but your machine may differ.  If your
mail
spools aren't all under a common group, or aren't group writable, type
'suid'
here and NeoMail will be installed suid root.

i have a problem with neomail 1.25. just installed, when i go the URL
for 
neomail, i get the following message:

neomail.pl: Can't locate neomail.conf in @INC (@INC contains: 
/usr/local/lib/perl5/5.6.1/i686-linux /usr/local/lib/perl5/5.6.1 
/usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.1/i686-linux

/var/neomail) at /home/httpd/cgi-bin/neomail.pl line 37.

i read the postings on the list archive concerning the problem with 
permission, and here listings of two directories.

@INC seems to be pointing at '/var/neomail', which is where i would
assume 
it should.

here is a listing of permission of the cgi-bin for the web server:
