not receiving mail

Hi guys, I'm wesley. I don't know much about mail servers and all the computer jargon, all I know is that I can't seem to get my emails. I get a prompt that says "open webmail has been removed due a bug in the way it handles messages" funny thing is I can get into my inbox but I keep seeing that there are no messages. On the otherhand I have mailed myself a couple times and I do not ket a delivery status failure so I know it's coming through, it's just not reading through in the inbox. Can anyone help, my ispnor my host seem to be able to figure it out.
