Actually this option was disabled due to me not wanting to be blamed when some app that doesn't respect file locks hosed up a mail spool while NeoMail was reading it. It's easy to enable though... There's only a conditional in one spot that prevents the moving of a message to inbox -- been a while since I looked at the code but if you change that line, and add INBOX to the folder list in the dropdown, you should be good.
