I doubt without (deep) hacking the neomail code this isn't possible.

I think simply adding like a "move to the INBOX" can't work, as
the INBOX is the real mail spool, but the folders in neomail are
DB files. So the standard mechanism for moving messages from
one folder to another can't be used to moves messages back to
the mail spool file.
