Re: Your request didn't contain the proper session ID cookie -- access denied!

I've had two or three users
experiencing this problem with some frequency
all of a sudden as well. Started around the same time as your
initial e-mail, maybe a little earlier.

I know one thing that can cause the error. Login to Neomail, then
from a shell, delete your session ID file. Then when you try to
read
a message or something, you get this error message.

Of course, normal users aren't going to be doing this type of thing.

I also know that when it occurs, this corresponding message appears
in the neomail.log file:

"phil - attempt to hijack session
phil-session-0.904774560433911!"

While perusing the log, I also noticed some interesting lines about
session cleanups. Usually, they look like this:

"pbuck - session cleanup -
pbuck-session-0.827686360412375"

But I see a few that look like this:

"rob - session cleanup -
pbuck-session-0.0301054621386392"

I'm wondering if somehow when one user logs out, the wrong session id
is deleted (sometimes).

Figures, as soon as I
unsubscribe from this mailing list (I've been a long
time lurker) my neomail setup decides it no longer wishes to
function.

I've checked the archives but can't find anything particularly
useful to
help me out - users can login fine but are unable to then do
anything at all
in the system without being met with the error "Your request
didn't contain
the proper session ID cookie -- access denied!"

The system was working fine - and then suddenly appears to have
stopped
functioning by itself.

Any thoughts?
