Greetings,

Just assisted my client in moving her sites from a Cobalt web appliance to a
RedHat Linux server, and have been having some difficulty getting neomail to
behave since the transition.

I finally have it to the point where it sees the users folders, shows them
their inbox contents correctly, allows them to send email, but... When you
click on an Inbox message it gives the error:

What the heck? Message e112cbd810804e731e2e0d397787af62 seems to be gone!

The messages all still exist in the sendmail spool file.

Further complicating issues are the following symptoms:

1) Contents of sent-mail, saved-messages, neomail-trash are unviewable.

2) After trying to view one of those folders, going back to INBOX shows no
messages.

homedirfolders = 'yes'

Please advise, or tell me what other information I should provide. This matter
is moderately urgent. Your attention is greatly appreciated.

cheers,
justin scott
