Berkeley DB Problem.... newbie...

I'm running a Win2k iis w/ ActiveState ActivePerl v5.8 and trying to install a web-based email script called NeoMail (http://neomail.sourceforge.net/) on my server but i get the following error when i run the installation file (setup.pl)....

Checking for installation of Berkeley DB or GNU Capabilities...
No DBM Package was succesfully found or installed at C:/Perl/lib/AnyDBM_File.pm line 15.
Compilation failed in require at D:/HTTP Root/mail/setup.pl line 40.

I found this about Berkeley DB: http://www.sleepycat.com/download.html but it needs to be compiled and i can't figure out how to install it... can someone help me please..??
