Hmmm, that you can't see the old mails or folders indicates, that the installation went fine and you see "new" emails in neomail ? Is it possible for you to create "new" folders ? For the emails in the old "inbox", they should in the spool file on the "old disc" where your system mailer writes them (mostly /var/spool/mail) But again, the first question: Does neomail already work ?
