Neomail works fine now, it is that one of the people used IMAP and kept all
his emails on the server. Now he can not get them back unless I "copy" them
somehow.

And yes I can create new folders and everything.

The old data is held in a directory called
/old_disk/home/neomail/users/blahblah (whereas the new neomail installation
is at /home/neomail/users/blahblah

Hmmm, that you can't see the old mails or folders indicates,
that the installation went fine and you see "new" emails
in neomail ? Is it possible for you to create "new" folders ?

For the emails in the old "inbox", they should in the
spool file on the "old disc" where your system mailer
writes them (mostly /var/spool/mail)

But again, the first question:
Does neomail already work ?
