I don't have experiences with Outlook or TheBat.

There are 2 possible ways i could imagine.

1. Put the "folder-files", which contain the raw messages
   on a machine and make a resend for each folderfile.
2. Rename each folderfile and overwrite the existing
   file of your mailapp, to see, if your mailapp accepts
   the raw files.

For 1. and 2. make backups before !
