What web server are you running? Under apache, find the following section in
your httpd.conf:

<IfModule mod_dir.c>
    DirectoryIndex index.html index.htm index.shtml
</IfModule>

(May be slightly different) and change to:

<IfModule mod_dir.c>
    DirectoryIndex index.html index.htm index.shtml neomail.pl
</IfModule>
