Mr. Gautham,

My guess is there's something wrong with your user's directories under
/var/neomail/users/<user with error> (this is the default location, I think,
YMMV). Remove the *.db files in the affected user's directories & try again.
(Back up any/all files first! Back up your files FIRST!)
