Mr. Bradsell,

 Neomail, on its own, does not support changing passwords.

Log in to the machine via SSH or (ugh!) telnet, and use 'passwd', or hack
together your own password changing page (and if you do that, I think you'll
understand why Ernie didn't support password changing! ;) )
