Well, "this mail" came 2 times to this mailing list.
To the headers:
mail 1:
Received: from joekumar by server1.ehosting4u.net with local (Exim 3.36
#1)
id 199IlJ-0006sl-00
for [email protected]; Sat, 26 Apr 2003

mail 2:
Received: from joekumar by server1.ehosting4u.net with local (Exim 3.36
#1)
id 199IlP-0006st-00
for [email protected]; Sat, 26 Apr 2003

So it's not the same mail, but 2 mails with the same content.
The time difference is 6 seconds.
Are there 2 copys in the Sent folder too ?
It looks a little bit like a double click szenario ... ?!?
