Did you install neomail from the sources ?
I would try to isolate the problem:
- "browser change", i.e. to Netscape
- How do you navigate inside neomail (do you use the back button of your
browser)
- Is there a web proxy, that double sends the post datas ?
- How is your MTA (exim) invoked within neomail

I personally think, that it isn't a problem of neomail itself.
