Someone else had this problem a few months ago, IIRF...
She solved it by downloading NeoMail again (from a different mirror), and
reinstalling. The problem appeared to be a corrupt archive. Try that, and
tell us if that solves your problem.

The error message is from Apache, and from the logs, it looks
like the NeoMail script didn't send headers at all-
just went right into sending the body of the page. As I
said, probably a corrupt download.
