PINE User folders

Alright.  Looks like I got everything installed and working sorta.   Again 
sorry bout the previous quesitons.  It was me being a dumbass.

Now onto the problem:

I am able to login and set prefs as my user.  The problem comes when I set:

$homedirfolders = 'yes';

in neomail.conf.....I get an error saying:

NEOMAIL ERROR

Couldn't open viewfolder.template!

after logging in.....but if I set the value to 'no' then I get into my inbox 
and see all my mail but none of my PINE folders exist.  I've changed this 
setting mid session and it always behaves the same..if yes it fails if no it 
works.

Extra info:   I've changed perms on my PINE created folders in my home dir 
to group mail and full read/write/exec with no change.

Any thoughts?
