yeah actually I did....

however being the monkey I am I copied neomail.conf.template to the cgi-bin 
as neomail-prefs.pl....I couldn't for the life of me figure out where in 
that file it was ever spitting out HTML or some sort of return....makes 
sense now doesn't it...?  :)

I can now set my prefs but I still don't see any mail in my inbox and it 
didn't pick up my folders from PINE....But I'll play before I post anymore 
questions.

Sorry for the useless posts....Hope mebbe they can help someone at some 
point....

PS I did have to hard code the path for include in the prefs.pl as 
well....for whatever reason it won't pick it up from the conf file....
