NeoMail with Outlook Conflicts?

I have just started using Neomail but for some reason none of my emails are 
coming through.

I am using the program in conjunction with Outlook but have set Outlook up to 
leave received messages on the server so can't understand why Neomail isn't 
displaying my messages.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
