A few weeks ago I asked if someone could help me with this problem.

I would like my email to be automatically sorted. I have set up
folders, so that my students' messages will go into category 1,
category 2 and category 3, depending on if they put 1, 2 or 3 in the
subject line. So far, however, it's not worked. I need more
specific directions. Can anyone help? Many thanks.
