thanks for fast answering ..

i tried both methods , did not work ... but please i need to ask about files 
inside /images directory , what permissions they should have ???
and what owner and group thay should be ???

Solution 1:
Create a directory:
/usr/local/apache/html/usr/local/apache/html/
Copy the images to this directory

Solution 2:
change $image_url to
$image_url = '/';
and copy the images to the directory
/usr/local/apache/html/
