Regarding address book...

Once I have installed all my addresses in my neomail address book...how do I 
send out an email to multiple addresses.  I have been having to type each 
individual email in the (SEND TO:) box and I feel there must be an option to send 
"to all," or to select the addresses you would like to send your email out to.
Also, once I figure that out...is there a way of having all the addresses I 
send an email out to marked private.  For example, if I were to receive an 
email that was sent to multiple addresses, all I would see in the (SEND TO:) box 
is my address and no one else's?
Last Question
Do I have the option of changing the font color, size, position, etc.?
