It's implemented. 
Select Compose a message, Click on the To: -> the address book is open.
Check all users, that are the recipients, now click o.k.
All the addresss appear now in the To: field.

If you want, that the recipients only see their own address in
their mail (they don't see the other recipients), you have
to use the BCC: field (Blind Carbon Copy).
