Hrm, is this a case where nmh is getting it right?  Because my reading
of RFC 5322 is that a quoted-string is allowed to contain folding white
space and a CRLF WITHIN the quotes is perfectly legal and this From
header looks okay to me!  Or am I missing something?  (Certainly possible)
