hostname masquerading uses /etc/hosts

Someone wrote about this a while ago, and I finally found the problem.

if /etc/hosts has an entry for the local machine, i.e. 
192.168.1.1	workstation.int.mydomain.tld

then no matter what you put in /etc/nullmailer/me, mail will always appear
to come from @workstation.int.mydomain.tld. This contradicts what the
documentation indicates in http://untroubled.org/nullmailer/HOWTO

It would be best if nullmailer did not consult /etc/hosts if
/etc/nullmailer/me exists and has meaningful content.
