You mean MS Exchange, not Outlook, right?

This is expected -- i.e. nullmailer is doing what it is designed to do.  The
problem seems to be that your smarthost is refusing the messages from
nullmailer.  Fix the configuration of your smarthost to allow those messages
to be delivered.
