reply to all doesn't include all recipients

I am using pine 4.62.

When I click reply on an email with multiple To: and/or Cc: recipients and 
I am using a role, it doesn't include all the recipients.

For example,

I choose "y" for "Reply to all recipients?"

And then I press "y" to use my role for the reply.

But then the new email has only two recipients: the previous sender and 
my email as the Cc. The rest of the recipients are lost.

Is this some pine configuration? Or something broken when using roles?
