URL viewing doesn't always work (Re: Msg View Hilight Needs Bookmark Option)

It's a tangent, but this thread reminded me of it. My biggest problem with the URL viewer is that it doesn't work much of the time for me. For example, I just tried it on an evite link I got. I try viewing the link, and nothing happens. I even made the window really wide, and the link showed in the view link line looked correct. I sent myself a message with www.apple.com and http://www.apple.com, and I was able to open those just fine from pine. I don't have url-viewers set to anything. The simple URLs open just fine in Safari. The evite message wasn't format=flowed, so that wasn't the issue. Basically -- I don't know why a lot o URLs won't open. I end up widening my terminal window and cmd-double-clicking on links a lot. I'm on OS X, with pine 4.62.
