  As you noticed SuSe distributes my patch (all of the above patch). For 
your information, any time that there is a problem, it gets fixed 
immediately.

  In regards to macro support, there is not such thing. However, my latest 
version of the above mentioned patch for version 4.64 contains support for 
macros, through the "Define your own rules..." patch. I use it to deal 
with spam too!, and I can tell you it makes it so much nicer. One key and 
the problem is gone!. Having said that, pipes and macros would not work 
together well, because Pine remembers the options of the call to the pipe 
for the next call to the pipe, which makes it two macros to deal with the 
same problem.
