How do I tell if my server supports TLS or SSL? (I presume it doesn't support
TLS, since I have /notls turned on.. but it could've been something it didn't
support in the past.)

That is, other than "try it and see if it works". Can I telnet to the
mail server and check something out? (If so, could someone give steps to
do that?)

I see these INSECURE messages _sometimes_ too. I don't remember when. It's
not always when switching mailboxes.
