I believe that you must specify each individual folder, not a
collection, for the incoming-folders. While it's not specified
explicitly, it's implied by the documentation for this feature:
"This is a list of one or more folders other than INBOX that may receive
new messages."
Yeah, it'd certainly be handy to specify a collection. :)
