Missing Pine-info mail

I am loosing email somehow. I signed up with Pine-info forum on two separate email account domains. History has shown a need for backup. Things have been fine until now. This domain I hail from is not now receiving postings, the other email address is. This posting is a check to determine if I am still subscribed to Pine-info forum, & if I can receive from the forum. Is it possible for Pine-info forum server to miss sending a posted message to one particular email address? In this case multiple messages seem to be missing. If a send error is detected by the Pine-info forum server, does it retry later? Is it possible for me to post without receiving posts?
