Re: IMAP and MailBox formats

1. Install Courier Imapd
2. Create a shell script wherever, here /tmp/cin

    #!/bin/sh
    #courier-imapd-noerr
    umask 0077
    cd $HOME && /usr/local/bin/imapd Maildir 2>/dev/null

3. edit .pinerc and set ssh-path to /tmp/cin
4. Run Alpine

Now you are using imap locally, but only running when you run alpine, and
it reads maildir.
