Hmmm, interesting thought, Matt. The outlook express messages are in local folders on my machine, and I really want them on my external shell account in imap. If that's not doable, though, I might consider running imap locally or another solution if there is one. -- Rick ----- Original Message ----- From: "Mats Dufberg" <[email protected]> To: "Rick Lewis" <[email protected]> Cc: "PINE-INFO" <[email protected]> Sent: Wednesday, September 05, 2007 1:42 PM Subject: Re: [Pine-info] Outlok Express Outbox and Pine On Sep 5, 2007, 13:27 (-0700) Rick Lewis <[email protected]> wrote: > Due to a weird set of circumstances, I configured my OE mail to be read > from the POP server instead of imap and chose the options to avoid > automatic > mail checking and to leave mail on the server. If you have an IMAP account you could copy the mails from local folder to IMAP with Outlook Express, and then connect with Pine to IMAP. That IMAP server could be on a local machine.
