A quasi-solution really. It is easier to save out the HTML part &
add it as an attachment to a (F)orward message action, which
provides text for quoting too. Also ensures a text/HTML message only
part is included for recipients. Just more effort, clumbsy,
especially for some users.

I was hoping for the message (F)orward & (R)eply function to include
the message parts as it does the attachments. Yet I also notice some
text/HTML only messages arrive, no text/PLAIN part. Pine decodes out
the HTML for display as text. So there is some confusion on my part
as to understanding the status of these, & how to (F)orward easily.

Even for a (R)eply, the text/PLAIN of the message can be included
for quoting, as I did here. Yet (R)eply ignores the text/HTML part.
Not offering it for inclusion at all.

I somehow thought maybe something was disabled via (S)etup-(C)onfig
for (R)eply & (F)orward.

I am really trying to avoid any clumbsy & confusing function to
include the text/HTML part in a (R)eply or (F)orward. As with any
attachment, the text/HTML part of a message needs to be included,
or message URL type info is often lost.
