If you forward the message as an attachment, then the entire mail is 
attached to your mail. To do that you have to do a trick. Pine only 
offers that if you selct more than one mail and then do "a(pply)" och 
"f(orward)". If you choose attach, then the messages are attached.

In this case you only want to forward one mail. If you select another one 
and attach them, you can actualle remove the extra mail. Your left with a 
message with one message attached.
