I've been running the Alpine package on Debian testing (lenny) for
several months now.  It installed and ran without issues, found
.pinerc and came up looking like Pine as far as I could tell.  I use
it in a very straightforward way, so there may be feature issues I
haven't run into, but it looks like Pine with a new license.
