RE: Attachment Forwarding

If I had the info. needed to post a bug to Apple, I would (the answers I
receive from this group might actually make that feasible), but this is a
specific PINE question, for which I am asking anyone to replicate the same
behavior I have seen and for those with more intimate PINE knowledge to
hopefully explain.  The same behavior is not exhibited by other email
programs, so it is PINE's handling of Apple Mail's output (specifically with
regard to attachments) that is at issue and for which I am hoping for some
illumination, by way of my original posting.

As an aisde, Mr. Ackeret, you should be able to replicate what I have
explained and likewise post to Apple's bug DB.  I'd also be happy to hear if
you do not see the same behavior on your end in regards to PINE and Apple
Mail as it pertains to my original issue.

In any case, can anyone discern what exactly is going on and/or why from a
PINE perspective?  Speaking of alpine, if anyone has access to both it and
Apple Mail, do you see the same behavior exhibited as described below?
Whether you do or not, may help to identify the root cause, but any
explanation to the original issue below is most appreciated.

Is header order documented to have to be a certain way?  If so, and
Mail does "mix up" the header order, and you can show specific info about
what it's doing wrong, write up a bug at bugreport.apple.com.

I have no idea if it has any fixes in this regard, but it would be useful to
try the latest alpine and see if it has changed in this regard.
