[pfx] relaying a 550 yields a defer

sender -> m0 -> psg.com
m0 is relaying recipients in bogus.com to psg.com, but should drop
unknown users. psg.com is correctly 550ing an unknown user

but then postfix seems to be telling the sender to retry later 450.
