In the past I could just go to the data center's website and add reverse dns. Now, it's a trouble ticket and then maybe they do something, or maybe not. I may try using relayhost, I have a VM that has postfix setup on it. This is where I wonder what is the best practice. From my main.cf: myhostname = sequoia.teisprint.com mydomain = teisprint.com But is this correct? I would think then I would want the reverse dns to be: sequoia.teisprint.com > > BUT, it looks like you've handled that part today, if I'm interpreting > DNS properly. > >> I may need to find someone who understands the postfix config better >> than I do to make these changes.
